The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a Planning and Consultancy Company who are looking to expand their BIM Management Team in Frankfurt focusing on the Design phases of Data Centre projects.

Job Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a Planning and Consultancy Company who are looking to expand their BIM Management Team in Frankfurt focusing on the Design phases of Data Centre projects.
Day-to-day duties could include:
- Create BIM execution plans and BIM strategies
- Coordinate with project team to set up BIM standards
- Creation and management of 3D models
- Oversee integration of architecture, MEP and structural designs into the BIM model
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Support the creation of necessary documentation and visualisations
- Leading a small team of BIM-Coordinators
Requirements for the role:
- Degree in Architecture, Construction or related field
- Several years professional experience as a BIM Manager
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations
- German and English business fluent – written and spoken
