The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International Project Management and Cost Consultancy who are looking to expand their Cost Management Team in Berlin focusing on a range of construction projects within the building industry including data centres, logistics, offices etc.

Job Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International Project Management and Cost Consultancy who are looking to expand their Cost Management Team in Berlin focusing on a range of construction projects within the building industry including data centres, logistics, offices etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily delivery of projects and programs.
- Prepare budget estimates, cost plans, and client reports.
- Support the evaluation of tenders, contractor selection, and preparation of contract documentation.
- Administer contracts, including preparing valuations, forecasts, cost reports, and attending project meetings.
- Prepare bills of quantities, schedules of rates, or other methods of work evaluation.
- Ensure all work outputs are accurate, timely, and of high quality.
- Deliver services in accordance with the Practice's policies and procedures, especially Health and Safety and Quality Assurance standards.
- Provide services in compliance with the client's corporate governance procedures, where applicable.
Requirements for the role:
- Degree in construction, cost management, engineering or similar
- Strong communication skills in English
- German language skills would be beneficial
- RICS certified or similar would be beneficial
