Excellent opportunity for a Cost Manager to join an international consultancy and leading provider of project, cost and construction management.  

Location:
Frankfurt, Berlin or Dusseldorf
 
Salary:  €60.000 – 80.000 + Variable Bonus  + Flexible hybrid working  

Job Description:
 The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International Consultancy and leading Provider of Project, Cost and Construction Management who are looking to expand their Cost Management Team in Frankfurt, Berlin or Dusseldorf working on Hyperscale Data Centre projects.  

A Cost Manager is responsible for managing the costs of a building project, from initial design stages throughout to completion with the occasional involvement post construction.  

Day-to-day duties could include:
  • Cost planning, estimating and monitoring
  •  Supporting the design team providing cost estimates and budgets
  •  Input in the procurement strategy, leading the tendering process and advising the client accordingly
  • Upon construction managing the cost against the budget and monitor cost changes to provide monthly reports to the client
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Take responsibility for complying with EHSQ 
  • Cost control and reporting    

Job Requirement


Requirements for the role: 
 
  •  Higher qualifications in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or M&E
  •  Minimum 2 years relevant previous professional experience
  • Fluent in both German and English  
Advantageous but not essential:
  • Data Centre experience
  • MEP / M&E background
