Job Description:
The Resolute Group are working in partnership with an International Construction Consultancy, who are looking to grow their Cost Management Team focusing on fit out office projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily delivery of projects and programs.
- Prepare budget estimates, cost plans, and client reports.
- Support the evaluation of tenders, contractor selection, and preparation of contract documentation.
- Administer contracts, including preparing valuations, forecasts, cost reports, and attending project meetings.
- Prepare bills of quantities, schedules of rates, or other methods of work evaluation.
- Ensure all work outputs are accurate, timely, and of high quality.
- Deliver services in accordance with the Practice's policies and procedures, especially Health and Safety and Quality Assurance standards.
- Provide services in compliance with the client's corporate governance procedures, where applicable.
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in construction, cost management, engineering or similar
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English
