Design Manager – Riyadh
Excellent opportunity to move to Riyadh and be part of the next Billion pound metro scheme.
Location: - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: $15,000 - $20,000 per month + Accommodation + package
Role Description:
The Resolute Group has been retained by a Tier 1 contractor to identify and secure a Design Manager to lead the technical function for the Riyadh Metro Line 7 tender.
Working as part of the leadership team alongside the Project Director and Commercial Manager with a team of Engineers and JV stakeholders to interface with.
This role involves developing the design and technical bid, pulling together the information from the design consultants in the JV, working with the other JV partners to ensure the technical assurance is carried out.
As one of the larger schemes in Riyadh and at the tender stage, you will need to have experience of working on Metro schemes in the region.
Be it Cario, Dubai, Riyadh, Tel Aviv, Doha or other recent Metro schemes in the last 5 years.
The regional experience and stakeholder interface with the local consultants and clients in the region is key.
This role needs someone that is able to start in the next 8 weeks as the role is live and needs someone in place ASAP.

Job Requirement
Qualifications / Experience:
- Degree – Minimum requirement Civil Engineering or Construction based subject such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Metro Experience in a Technical function ideal Design or Technical or Engineering manager position
- Must be able to fully relocate to Riyadh or live in Riyadh in the next 8 weeks (Accommodation is provided for you)
- This role is open for both Ex-pats and people with families as the accommodation can cover either yourself or your family to move with you.
