The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a Planning and Consultancy Company who are looking to expand their Project Management Team in Frankfurt focusing on the Design phases of Data Centre projects.

Job Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a Planning and Consultancy Company who are looking to expand their Project Management Team in Frankfurt focusing on the Design phases of Data Centre projects.
Day-to-day duties could include:
- Manging HOAI design phases 1-4, with some involvement in later stages also
- Coordinating with Partners, Local Authorities, Clients and Internal Teams
- Feasibility and Preliminary Site analysis
- Prepare initial cost estimates and project schedules
- Prepare and submit necessary documents for planning permissions
- Manage timelines, budgets and quality
Requirements for the role:
- Higher qualifications in Architecture, Construction or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years previous professional experience as an Architect or Project Manager in Germany
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations· German and English business fluent – written and spoken
