Excellent opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to join an International Project and Cost Management Consultancy.

Location:
Frankfurt
Salary: €55,000 - €75,000 basic

Role Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International Project and Cost Consultancy Company who are looking to expand their Document Controller Team in Frankfurt focusing on Data Centre projects.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, organise, manage and distribute all documentation relevant to the project accordingly
  • Review and verify all documents to ensure they adhere to company standards, legal requirements and are the most up-to-date version for all parties
  • Create and manage an effective archiving system to ensure long-term storage and accessibility
  • Complete all tasks on time and to the expected quality standards
  • Working collaboratively alongside a team of Project Managers, Engineers and other professionals
  • Support junior members of the team

Required Experience
  • University Degree, ideally in Construction or Real Estate
  • Minimum 2 years previous professional experience
  • German and English fluency, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of German laws and standards
  • IT skills including Word, Excel, creating spreadsheets etc
