The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a National and International Engineering Consultancy to support the expansion of their Building Services team, delivering MEP design and planning for a variety of complex building projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, and public infrastructure.

Job Description:
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a National and International Engineering Consultancy to support the expansion of their Building Services team, delivering MEP design and planning for a variety of complex building projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, and public infrastructure.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop technical solutions for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems in line with project requirements and timelines.
- Deliver design packages across multiple HOAI Leistungsphasen (typically LPH 1–7), from concept through to tender documentation.
- Participate in cross-discipline planning and design coordination, both internally and with external project stakeholders.
- Prepare technical drawings, calculations, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable German standards, technical regulations, and energy efficiency guidelines.
- Contribute to quality control and ensure that all technical documentation meets industry and client expectations.
Requirements for the role:
- Completed studies in Building Services Engineering (TGA), Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in MEP design and planning.
- Proficiency in design and calculation tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD/BIM platforms.
- Experience with MS Office and ideally iTWO or similar project software.
- Strong understanding of local laws, technical standards (e.g. DIN, VDI), and HOAI phases.
- Fluent in German – both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
