Job Description
We are partnering with a renowned International Engineering Consultancy to expand their Building Management Systems (BMS) team, focusing on the design and implementation of advanced BMS solutions for Data Centres.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing BMS strategies to optimize building operations and energy performance.
- Leading the development of 3D BIM models and line diagrams for BMS systems.
- Collaborating closely with architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of BMS solutions.
- Overseeing system optimization throughout the planning process to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Identifying and resolving BMS-related challenges during design and construction phases.
- Providing technical guidance and support to on-site teams during execution and commissioning.
Requirements for the Role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on BMS design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of German regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design and simulation tools.
- Fluency in German (B2+) and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in leadership and project coordination within multidisciplinary teams.
