The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a Planning and Consultancy Company looking to expand its Project Management team in Frankfurt. This role focuses on managing projects across all HOAI service phases 1-9, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion.

Job Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a Planning and Consultancy Company looking to expand its Project Management team in Frankfurt. This role focuses on managing projects across all HOAI service phases 1-9, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage projects through all HOAI service phases (1-9)
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and service providers
- Ensure project execution aligns with regulatory and technical requirements
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control
- Support the development of CAD models and technical documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- At least 6 years of professional experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of CAD tools and project workflows
- Familiarity with German building codes and regulations
- Business fluency in German and English (written & spoken)
