An excellent opening has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join an expanding international consultancy in their German team. With a strong presence within construction, this company are seeking a Project Manager who can bring an enthusiastic attitude and knowledge in this area.
Locations: Frankfurt (with additional options in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Munich, and Hamburg)
Salary: €55,000 - €70,000

Job Description:

- Co-ordination of sub-contractors, architects, and other professionals involved with the projects.
- Overall management of the project.
- Budget and cost controlling.
- Scheduling responsibilities.
- Client communication and liaison, with emphasis on relationship building.
- Ensuring overall compliance with German laws and procedures.

- 4+ years of experience within real estate and commercial construction.
- German language (verbal, reading, and writing) is crucial, with additional English skills being advantageous.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree, such as architecture, civil engineering, real estate etc., with a master’s degree being an additional advantage.
