An excellent opening has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join an expanding international consultancy in their German team. With a strong presence within construction, this company are seeking a Project Manager who can bring an enthusiastic attitude and knowledge in this area.

Locations: Frankfurt (with additional options in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Munich, and Hamburg)
Salary€55,000 - €70,000

Job Description:
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a growing consultancy, who are seeking a Project Manager to support their needs in Germany. With assets within the real estate and commercial sectors, as well as other areas of focus, this role is suited for a professional with this background.

Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:
  • Co-ordination of sub-contractors, architects, and other professionals involved with the projects.
  • Overall management of the project.
  • Budget and cost controlling.
  • Scheduling responsibilities.
  • Client communication and liaison, with emphasis on relationship building.
  • Ensuring overall compliance with German laws and procedures.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Experience required:
  • 4+ years of experience within real estate and commercial construction.
  • German language (verbal, reading, and writing) is crucial, with additional English skills being advantageous.
  • A relevant bachelor’s degree, such as architecture, civil engineering, real estate etc., with a master’s degree being an additional advantage.
