The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a growing consultancy, who are seeking a Project Manager (Hochbau) to support their needs in their Stuttgart and Leipzig team.
As a Project Manager, you will be working collaboratively with the teams and contractors involved in the hochbau projects. Projects range across various sectors, which includes commercial buildings, public buildings, and industrial buildings.

Job Description:
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a growing consultancy, who are seeking a Project Manager (Hochbau) to support their needs in their Stuttgart and Leipzig team.
As a Project Manager, you will be working collaboratively with the teams and contractors involved in the hochbau projects. Projects range across various sectors, which includes commercial buildings, public buildings, and industrial buildings.
Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:
- Co-ordination of projects from both a technical and economic focus
- Management of all project participants, with strong communication skills
- Client liaison and ensuring competent support
- Project controlling for demanding construction projects
- Working across all phases of the project (AHO series 9, or similar)
- Ensuring overall compliance with German laws and procedures
Qualifications & Experience required:
- 4+ years of experience of project management in the hochbau sector
- German language (verbal, reading, and writing) is crucial
- Relevant completed studies in civil or industrial engineering, such as architecture, civil engineering, technical buildings etc.
- Experience in managing BIM projects, with knowledge of BIM software
- Strong knowledge of the HOAI
