Job Description
The Resolute Group is supporting an established construction and fit-out business seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out and refurbishment projects in Munich. This role will be responsible for coordinating project delivery, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth communication between all project stakeholders from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support work preparation activities including coordination of tendering and procurement processes
- Develop and monitor detailed project and construction schedules in collaboration with site and construction management teams
- Coordinate all project trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders throughout the delivery process
- Support the management of construction activities, ensuring quality and timeline targets are achieved
- Carry out project inspections, site acceptances, and final handovers
- Assist with the preparation and review of project billing and commercial documentation
- Maintain clear communication across project teams to support smooth project delivery

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Several years of experience delivering interior fit-out, refurbishment, or commercial construction projects
- Experience working on projects within existing buildings is advantageous
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with a structured approach to project delivery
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel and Word
- Experience with AVA software and ASTA Power Project is desirable
- Confident communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- German fluency required, with English skills desirable
