Job Description:
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International, Engineering and Design Consultancy to assist with expanding their M&E Team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop mechanical designs for commercial and built environment construction projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and specifications.
- Create detailed diagrams and layouts for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, coordinating with other disciplines to secure initial space reservations for equipment and infrastructure.
- Use 3D Revit/BIM software to model mechanical installations based on diagrams and space allocations, ensuring accuracy and integration with other building systems.
- Address any design challenges or modifications during the construction phase, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to project timelines.
- Participate actively in design reviews and project meetings, providing input to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of mechanical systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations in mechanical engineering and construction, applying best practices to project designs and workflows.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to support construction and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Ensure a commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in all aspects of mechanical engineering design and construction.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Revit / CAD software.

Job Requirement
Experience:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Revit / CAD software.
