Location: Bavaria, Germany - various project sites (Hybrid working flexibility, project dependant)
Salary: Flexible depending on experience

Job Description
The Resolute Group is partnering with a well-established German construction company expanding its team in Bavaria. They are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee construction activities on a range of confidential hochbau projects, including new builds and renovations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee on-site construction activities, managing HOAI phases 5-9 to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Coordinate work with construction teams, subcontractors, and other trades.
  • Supervise the setup, progress, and finalization of various construction elements.
  • Identify and address on-site issues, providing technical support and direction as needed.
  • Document project progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate site records.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, environmental regulations, and project confidentiality requirements.

Requirements:
  • Vocational training or certification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of on-site supervisory experience in construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with German building codes and construction regulations.
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bavaria.
  • Fluency in German is essential, with English as an advantage.
