The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International Project Management and Cost Consultancy who are looking to expand their TDD Team in Berlin focusing on a range of construction and fit-out projects within the building industry including data centres, logistics, offices, commercial etc.

Job Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International Project Management and Cost Consultancy who are looking to expand their TDD Team in Berlin focusing on a range of construction and fit-out projects within the building industry including data centres, logistics, offices, commercial etc.
Day-to-day duties could include:
- Conduct technical valuations of properties and support the purchase and sale process.
- Assist senior colleagues with various tasks, including organizing and conducting technical property inspections.
- Review and evaluate property documentation for technical reports, building and planning compliance, and operational and maintenance considerations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, including cost estimates.
- Present and discuss findings with clients to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor projects during the planning and development phases to ensure progress aligns with objectives.
- Manage and oversee expansion and construction projects across diverse industries.
- Lead and coordinate efforts among all project stakeholders.
- Negotiate with construction companies for contract awards and actively participate in tender processes.
- Analyse, manage, and mitigate project risks to maintain project stability.
- Ensure project quality and timely delivery within established parameters.
Requirements for the role:
- Degree in Construction and Real Estate Management or similar
- Minimum 4-5 years previous professional in TDD, Project Monitoring within the German Construction Industry
- German and English fluent – written and spoken (C1 minimum)

Job Requirement
Requirements for the role:
- Degree in Construction and Real Estate Management or similar
- Minimum 4-5 years previous professional in TDD, Project Monitoring within the German Construction Industry
- German and English fluent – written and spoken (C1 minimum)
