Excellent opportunity to work for a growing Consultancy focused on delivering Digital Transformation & Change programs.
Location: Royal Leamington Spa
Salary: £100,000 - £110,000 basic + Package
Hybrid working pattern that needs flexibility between with 2-3 days from home or 2-3 days from the office in Royal Leamington Spa.
Role Description:
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a growing National consultancy, supporting the growth in their Utilities division covering Water, Gas, and Power projects.
As the Transformation Director, you will also be the Technical Assurance for the team, Identifying potential risks and obstacles in the transformation projects. Looking at mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful implementation.Leading cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute transformation projects.Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry partners, customers, and communities.You will also generate regular reports for the Managing Director, other senior leadership members and stakeholders, highlighting progress, achievements, and areas for improvement for your division.
This role will need someone flexible to travel as you need to be in the Head office 1 day a week as a minimum, with travel to client sites to meet with your team and clients. Home-based working is also available but in a strategic role this will be flexible as the needs of the business will dictate it.

- Specializing in Transformation and Digital Automation across various systems and processes in a client's organisation.
- Focused on developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive transformation, with a focus on performance improvement.
- Looking at in-house mentoring and leading others, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.
- Reporting into the Managing Director you will collaborate with senior leaders to align transformation efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Monitoring and tracking the progress of various transformation projects across the client portfolio which operates across the UK.
- Managing a team of Programme Managers that manage individual projects or clients depending on the volume of transformation projects

- A Formal qualification HND / Degree / MBA as a minimum requirement
- Transformation experience – Coming from a hands-on delivery role so you understand the process and knowledge of what’s required.
